Contract · Version 2026-11-05
Terms of service
The contract between you and FORCESCRIPTS LTD for using proxlio.com and a Proxlio account.
Updated 5 November 2026 · These terms govern the website and accounts opened here. A paid supply of exits starts only when checkout confirms it. They are the company’s terms for this product; have them read by your own adviser if your use is unusual.
The agreement
These terms, the acceptable use policy, the privacy notice and, for business traffic, the data processing terms, form the agreement. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you can bind it. The English text and the Turkish text are meant to say the same thing. If a court finds a difference, the English text prevails, except where a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.
The service
Proxlio supplies proxy exits (per-GB rotating, static ISP and datacenter IPs, unlimited-traffic plans) and a customer dashboard. Paid exits are delivered once payment is confirmed, automatically or after a manual check where needed, and the connection details are shown in the dashboard. Sample gateway strings on the site are examples, not the service.
Accounts
You must be at least 18. Keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. The details you register must be true. One person may open one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of this contract. You are responsible for traffic sent with your credentials, including traffic sent by a colleague you allowed. We may suspend access that breaks the policy while we look at it.
Plans, currency and payment
List prices are in US dollars and are before tax. Lira figures on the site are informational. They use the forex selling rate for the US dollar published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, stored once a day from the latest bulletin. The bulletin date is shown. It may be the previous business day.
An order exists once payment is confirmed. You can pay by card (through Stripe, in USD or TRY), with crypto (USDT or USDC) or from your balance. The currency of the charge is stated at checkout; crypto and balance payments are in USD. VAT or other tax is added where the law requires it. Data bought in a GB package is used within the package’s validity period; unused data lapses when that period ends.
Balance
You can top up your account balance by card or with crypto. The balance is held in USD; a TRY top-up is converted at the rate at payment time. The balance is a prepayment: it earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be cashed out and is used only for Proxlio services. The legal invoice is issued when the balance is spent on an order, not when it is topped up.
You can ask for unused balance to be refunded when you close your account. Refunds go back to the original method as far as the payment provider allows; provider fees and crypto network fees may be deducted. Where an account is closed for breaching these terms or the use policy, resulting losses may be offset against the balance.
Renewal and auto-renew
Static and unlimited plans can be extended with the same credentials and (subject to the “Static IPs” section) the same IPs through a renewal invoice created a few days before the end date. The renewal is charged at the price in effect when the invoice is created. The renewal is added on top of the current end date. An unpaid plan stops at its end date and static IPs return to the pool; we do not promise the same IPs can be recovered later.
Auto-renew is off by default and is switched on or off per proxy in the dashboard. When it is on, the renewal amount is taken from your balance 24 hours before the end date. If the balance is not enough, we email you and the plan stops at its end date unless paid. We never charge your card or wallet on our own.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments are made in USDT or USDC on Avalanche C-Chain or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), to the network, address and amount shown on the payment page. One token counts as one US dollar. We may not be able to recover transfers sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token or to the wrong address, and we are not responsible for them. Network fees are yours.
A short payment does not pay the order; the amount received is added to your balance and you can pay the rest another way. An overpayment is added to your balance. A transfer arriving up to 48 hours after the payment window is still detected and processed. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; refunds of crypto-paid orders go to your balance.
Refunds and the right to cancel
Proxy access is a digital service that starts immediately after payment at your express request. At checkout you agree that performance starts straight away and that you therefore lose the right to cancel once the service has been delivered (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulations 36-37; in Türkiye, Distance Contracts Regulation article 15/1-ğ). This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
An order we cannot deliver is refunded in full. If the service fails through our fault and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a refund of the unused part. Blocking by target sites, data used up or the term running out are not grounds for a refund. Card payments are refunded to the card; crypto and balance payments to your balance.
Verification and fraud prevention
Card-paid orders above a certain amount may be reviewed by hand before delivery. During the review the order shows as “Awaiting approval”, and we may ask for a photo of the card used showing only its last 4 digits and the cardholder name, or a bank statement showing the payment. If no document is sent or the payment cannot be confirmed as yours, we cancel the order and refund the card.
If we suspect fraud, use of a stolen or someone else’s card, chargeback risk or a breach of the use policy on an order, payment or account, we have the right to ask you for identity verification (KYC), or for a photo of the card used for the payment showing only its last 4 digits and the cardholder’s name. You must cover the other digits, the expiry date and the CVC.
Until verification is complete we may hold the order or suspend access already delivered. If verification cannot be completed we may cancel the order and refund the payment to its original method, or close the account. Verification documents you send are kept for 180 days, then deleted from our servers. Details are in the privacy notice.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank without writing to us first, we may suspend the related access and the account while the dispute is open. For an unjustified dispute, the dispute fee charged by the payment provider and the price of the service supplied may be passed on to you. If something is wrong, write to [email protected] first; we resolve most issues quickly.
Supply of exits
Exits are provisioned through an upstream network. Stock in a city or on a carrier moves. We do not promise a particular IP, a particular city on every request, or that a target site will accept the connection. Targeting is a best effort against the pool available at that moment.
Static IPs
Static IPs are assigned to your account for the term you paid for, but give you no ownership or lasting right in the address. An IP may be replaced or withdrawn, with or without notice, for reasons such as IP reputation, abuse reports, infrastructure changes, legal requests or quality control.
Replacement IPs are shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for updating your software, scripts, allowlists and settings; we are not liable for downtime, failed requests or lost sessions caused by not updating. A replacement is not a service failure and does not by itself entitle you to a refund, discount or extension. If no replacement can be provided in the same location, we refund the remaining term to your balance.
Availability
We aim to keep the customer area and the paid exits available. We do not promise a service level on this unpaid website. A service level, if any, will be written on the paid plan at checkout. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, infrastructure faults, and blocks by a target site are outside a promise to make every request succeed. We may change or discontinue a product, location or feature; if we end an active package on our own decision, we refund the unused time or traffic to your balance. We may change prices by posting them on the site; this does not affect orders already paid. Consumed traffic is not refundable.
Intellectual property
The site, the mark, the writing and the layout belong to FORCESCRIPTS LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service while the contract lasts. You do not receive any property in an IP address.
Suspension and ending
You may close the account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end the account if you break these terms or the use policy, if a payment fails or is charged back, if you do not complete a requested verification, or if the law requires it. Where the reason allows, we will tell you first. A serious abuse may be cut off immediately. Clauses that should survive — payment for what was supplied, liability limits, and the law clause — survive.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify FORCESCRIPTS LTD, its staff and its service providers against claims, losses, penalties and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, the acceptable use policy or the law, your infringement of third-party rights, content sent through your account, and unauthorised use resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. This applies to the extent mandatory consumer law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Our total liability arising out of the contract in a contract year is limited to the fees you paid us for Proxlio in that year, or fifty pounds if you have paid nothing. You use sample content on this website at your own judgement.
Law and disputes
The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Türkiye or the EEA, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your residence, and you may sue in your home courts where that law gives you that right.
