Short answers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Three: card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex; USD or TRY), USDT or USDC crypto (Avalanche C-Chain or Binance BNB Smart Chain BEP20), and your prepaid account balance. Crypto and balance payments are in USD.
How fast is a proxy delivered after payment?
Once payment is confirmed the proxy is opened automatically and the connection details appear in your dashboard within seconds; we email you too. For static IPs in some locations it can take a few minutes while stock is sourced.
How does the balance work?
Top up from the dashboard by card or crypto. The balance is held in USD and pays for new orders and renewals. The legal invoice is issued when the balance is spent on an order.
Does my static IP change when I renew?
No. Renewal extends the same subscription: the IPs, username and password stay the same and the time is added on top of the current end date. If it ends unpaid, the IPs return to the pool.
Is there auto-renew?
Yes, and it is off by default. Turn it on from the proxy card and the amount is taken from your balance 24 hours before the end date. We never charge your card on our own; if the balance is short we email you.
Can I get a refund?
An order we cannot deliver is refunded in full. If the service fails through our fault and we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part. Because proxy access is a digital service, the right to cancel ends once it is delivered; details are in the terms.
Why might you ask for ID or a card photo?
Only when we suspect fraud or a stolen card. We may ask for identity verification, or a photo of the card showing only its last 4 digits and the cardholder name. Documents are kept for 180 days, then deleted from our servers.
Can I authenticate my proxy by IP?
Yes. On per-GB proxies you can add up to 20 IPv4 addresses to the allowlist in the dashboard and connect without a password. You can rotate the password in one click and swap static IPs within the period’s allowance.
Who runs Proxlio?

Why are there two currencies?
The rate card is in US dollars. Lira amounts are the same price multiplied by the TCMB forex selling rate, so a reader in Türkiye can judge it without leaving the page. The chip in the corner always shows that rate.
Does the lira figure change every calendar day?
We request the bulletin once a day and store it. If the Bank published nothing new, because of a weekend or a holiday, the stored bulletin stays on the previous business day and the chip shows that date.
Which protocols are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every package. Your dashboard has ready-made connection lines and code samples.
Can I pick a city?
City targeting is part of the residential, eco and mobile products where the upstream pool has stock. A city name on the site is an example. It is not a guarantee for every request.
What is forbidden?
Anything unlawful, including intrusion, denial of service, phishing, fraud, malware, and the sexual abuse of children. The acceptable use policy is the full list, and breaking it closes the account.
How do I delete my account?
Write to [email protected] from the registered address. There is no self-serve delete button yet. We will answer access and erasure requests within one month, or within 30 days where the Turkish KVKK timetable applies.
