Acceptable use policy
What a Proxlio exit may be used for, and what ends the account.
Updated 5 November 2026 · These terms govern the website and accounts opened here. A paid supply of exits starts only when checkout confirms it. They are the company’s terms for this product; have them read by your own adviser if your use is unusual.
Purpose
The service is for lawful collection, verification, monitoring and testing. You must have the right to do the work, and you must follow the terms of the sites you call where those terms lawfully apply to you.
Prohibited conduct
You will not use Proxlio, and you will not let anyone else use your account, to:
- Break criminal law, including fraud, phishing, theft of credentials, or handling stolen data.
- Probe, scan, or break into a system without authorisation, or to bypass an access control you are not allowed to pass.
- Run denial of service, flooding, or traffic meant to degrade a network.
- Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Create, fetch or store child sexual abuse material, or to harm a child.
- Infringe copyright, database rights or other intellectual property at scale.
- Harass a person, or to process special-category data without a lawful basis.
- Misrepresent the traffic as a human in order to commit a fraud. Ordinary localisation testing of your own property is not this.
- Carry out credential stuffing, account takeover, doxxing or stalking.
- Run a botnet or botnet command-and-control infrastructure; perform unauthorised port, network or vulnerability scans; inject or forge packets, spoof IPs or hijack BGP routes.
- Engage in drug, weapons or human trafficking, support terrorism or violent extremism, launder money, or operate or access illegal dark web marketplaces.
- Collect personal data without a lawful basis, aggregate personal information in ways that enable identity theft or harassment, or scrape personal data for unauthorised marketing lists or data brokering.
- Scrape sites that enforceably prohibit automated access in robots.txt or their terms, send volumes that materially disrupt a target, or bypass CAPTCHAs and bot protection beyond what the law allows.
- Distribute or host pirated software, films, music or streams, support streaming piracy, circumvent DRM unlawfully, sell counterfeits or impersonate a brand.
- Circumvent rate limits, IP rotation controls or authentication, access proxy endpoints not allocated to your account, or reverse engineer the infrastructure or software.
- Run bandwidth-sharing or passive-income apps (such as EarnApp, Honeygain, Pawns, Traffmonetizer, Repocket or PacketStream) through the proxies, or sell, share or route proxy bandwidth to third-party networks.
Sanctions and export control
You will not use the service to evade US (OFAC), EU, UN or UK sanctions, to deal with sanctioned persons, entities or territories, or to breach export control rules (EAR, ITAR). The service may not be used from or on behalf of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorised it. You must make sure your employees, sub-users and contractors follow this policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect and process and for obtaining any consents, licences or permissions it needs. Keep your credentials secure, report unauthorised use promptly, and correct any violation we notify you of without delay.
Interference
You will not interfere with the gateway, other customers, or the upstream network. You will not resell or share access except under a written reseller agreement with us.
What we may do
We may inspect metadata needed to run and protect the service and ask for identity or card verification as set out in the terms. Depending on the severity, we may issue a warning with a deadline, throttle, suspend pending investigation, or close the account permanently. We may report unlawful activity to a competent authority, disclose account information in response to valid legal process or a court order, and cooperate with third parties who show evidence of harm. Access is cut without prior notice for child exploitation, terrorism, imminent harm or similarly serious cases. Violations detected by our proxy infrastructure partner in connection with your account also count as violations of this policy. We do not undertake to monitor the content of your traffic, and we do not want you to send us the contents of other people’s private messages.
Reporting abuse
Write to [email protected]. Include the time, the address you saw, and enough detail for us to find the account. We will acknowledge a report and act on what we can verify.
