Residential or datacenter
Pick the exit from the target, not from the brochure.
A datacenter exit is a server address. It is fast, it is cheap, and a careful target can see that it is a server. Use it for public pages, uptime, and fetches where the site does not care who is asking.
A residential exit is a household address from the upstream pool. It is slower to buy and harder for a target to dismiss on network type alone. Use it when a datacenter range is blocked or challenged and you still have a right to read the page.
Eco residential sits between them on price. Mobile sits above residential when the check is specifically a carrier view. Static ISP is the odd one out: you are buying a fixed address, not a bucket of gigabytes.
None of these choices is a way through a login you do not have, or a way around a block that exists because the site told you to stop. If the honest tool fails, the job is finished.
